Free discovery: allowances and rules
- Manual planning, sharing, saves, follows and essential updates.
- Three successful smart-planning runs per month proposed for free users.
- Preserve existing user promises; never remove saved-plan access after a subscription change.
Still to define: Reconcile the proposed planning limit with any existing user entitlement.
MeanScoop Plus: allowances and rules
- 20 successful planning or substantial replanning runs per billing month.
- Coordinate preferences for up to eight participants; only the organizer needs Plus.
- Three saved discovery watches with consolidated updates.
- An optional weekly weekend draft, using the same 20-run allowance.
- An offline itinerary snapshot with a visible freshness timestamp.
- Hide sponsored suggestions while keeping organically relevant offerings available.
- Failed runs, background retries and manual edits consume no allowance.
- Saved plans remain accessible after cancellation.
Still to define: Refund rules, billing-period boundaries and a precise successful-run definition.
Free Presence: allowances and rules
- An accurate public business profile and legitimate offerings.
- Ordinary discovery and organic planning eligibility remain available without a subscription.
Business Pro: allowances and rules
- Four complete Promotion Kits per billing month.
- A branded, maintained and embeddable What’s On view of approved offerings.
- One brand profile, three team seats, an approval queue and reusable promotion templates.
- A report of published material, opens and subsequent actions, separating discovery traffic from owner-sourced traffic.
- Venue Spotlight with up to three selected offerings active at once.
- Work from an existing offering, direct entry or uploaded flyer/photo; scraping and direct social publishing are not prerequisites.
- Critical dates, prices and venue text use deterministic layouts. Generated artwork is optional, identified and owner-approved.
- Do not present generated imagery as evidence of a real crowd, performer or venue interior.
- After cancellation, public facts remain accurate and printed QR routes resolve to a useful free destination.
Still to define: Refund rules, unused-kit expiry, reservation rules, bounded retries, revision scope and the three-seat permission model.
Event Pro: allowances and rules
- Everything in Business Pro, including its four kits and Venue Spotlight.
- Four Event Featured activations per billing month.
- The total is $150 per location per month; Business Pro is included, not charged separately.
- One activation applies to one eligible dated occurrence, ending with the event or after seven days, whichever is first.
- Scheduling reserves an activation; successful activation consumes it. Cancellation before activation restores it.
- Platform fulfillment failure restores the allowance or follows the published refund remedy.
- Monthly allowances reset; no surprise overages or automatic purchases.
- Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Already activated placements finish their purchased window.
- Existing Featured visual treatment remains unchanged: no ranking lift or guaranteed traffic.
- Relative to the $49 base, the upgrade adds $101 for four activations ($25.25 each); this is a bundle discount.
Still to define: Refund rules, reservation expiry and billing-boundary handling; reconcile the earlier $150 four-credit-only offer.
What one complete Promotion Kit contains
- One event, deal or ongoing experience, using approved facts and one brand profile.
- Two visual directions; export the selected design as a social post, vertical story and printable flyer.
- A short caption, longer description and clear call to action.
- A link and reusable QR route to the current offering and its booking or ticket link.
- One creative revision round; factual corrections and technical failures do not consume the allowance.
Extra Promotion Kit: proposed $10/kit for business pro or event pro subscribers. One additional complete Promotion Kit with the same deliverables and revision scope. Still to define: Refund rules and purchase expiry.
One-off Promotion Kit: proposed $19/kit for occasional organizers without a subscription. Prepare one offering for promotion without a monthly plan. Still to define: Refund rules and purchase expiry.
Venue Spotlight: included sponsored suggestions
Proposed public label: Ad · Sponsored suggestion
- Included in Business Pro and Event Pro; no additional standalone venue fee in this proposal.
- Up to three selected offerings active at once, with replacements allowed.
- One sponsored offering per module, below event details or alongside plan-completion suggestions.
- Apply time, distance, budget, availability and user-exclusion checks. Do not change organic relevance scores.
- Keep the original event and its primary action first; no competing-event hijacking.
- Suggestions are optional. Nothing is silently added to a saved plan.
- Report shown, opened, explicitly saved, explicitly added to a plan and outbound actions separately.
- No guaranteed volume, customers, plan additions or screen positions. Paid delivery is not a preference signal.
Decisions needed before adopting this catalog
- Replace the previously approved $50/7-day standalone venue placement with included Venue Spotlight, if this proposal is approved.
- Replace the earlier $150 four-credit-only subscription with Event Pro including Business Pro; keep one-off promotions and packages independent of subscriptions.
- Remove the legacy $149 Amplify preset from the launch offer; it is not a launch tier in this proposal.
- Business-subscription rep pay is proposed at 20% of net earned revenue for the first 12 paid months, with a 30-day hold and reversals. Reconcile existing agreements separately; current approved rep terms remain unchanged.
- No proposed commissions on free claims, unearned balances, supplier pass-through money or self-referrals. This differs from the existing approved ownership bounty and requires a separate decision.
- Web billing is proposed. Native purchase channels and their fees require a separate review.
- Commercial approval, fulfillment proof, legal terms and activation remain separate. No proposal here enables checkout.

How far each paid product has got
